We know that meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating. We also know that going to a new church for the first time can be nerve racking as well. With that in mind, we want to make sure that your experience at New Beginnings Church is a great one.
When is Service?
- Our Service begins at 10 AM and our cafe opens at 9:15 AM
- We also have Sunday Night and Wednesday Night Small Group services both at 6 PM

What can you expect at our main service?
We want to let you know up front that our service is designed with you in mind. We want church to be an experience that truly touches you. We want you to have a great time and look forward to coming every week.
- From 9:15 to 10:00 AM You can can enjoy a variety of coffees, teas, juice, and water along with fresh made pastries.
- A countdown to begin the service is on the screens five minutes before the service begins
- The service starts with a welcome from Pastor Devin and sometimes a funny or inspiring video
- The first 10 minutes we have a time of praise that is high energy with the words displayed on our TV screens. We have a live band every weekend.
- Next we have a time called the Good News reports. You will hear 2 to 3 people talk about what God did for them in the previous week.
- We then have our video announcements. They go over everything that is going on at New Beginnings Church in the next couple of weeks. They are usually very funny.
- After the announcements we take the offering and greet one another. We do not pass collection plates but we have four boxes on the wall where you can give to the Lord as you desire. During this time people also greet one another and talk. Many times it takes a while for everyone to sit down, but we are OK with that, because we want people to have a good time.
- We then have about 10 minutes of worship that is deep and soulful. During this time the Pastors are in the front of the sanctuary to pray with anyone who wants prayer. The prayer time is during the singing so it is private and powerful.
- Then we have the sermon. We use all kinds of way to make the message come alive to you. We use videos some funny, some serious. We have live illustrations. We use pictures to help get the points across. You never know what is going to happen from week to week. Our goal is to allow God to inspire you. We want you to laugh, we want you to react, we want you to be touched by God in an awesome way. Feel free to be yourself during the message.
- At the end of the message we have a time where you can respond to what you heard. Sometimes at the altar and sometimes at your seat. We usually end with a powerful uplifting song.
- The service then always end with Pastor's catch phrase - Remember Jesus loves you, I love you, and you are AWESOME!
- The service lasts about 90 minutes.
What about our children?
- We have a great staff who love to minister to your children.
- When you come to church for the first time please allow 10 minutes to sign your children into their classes and meet our amazing staff so you feel comfortable.
- Children Ages 3-12 meet in the gym (building with the NB symbol on it you can't miss it) at the beginning of the service. They can go into the gym around 9:45 AM giving parents plenty of time to find their seat in the sanctuary and to visit the cafe.
- For the first 45 minutes the children have their own worship, some great games, a memory verse and a Bible lesson that is relevant to help them live for Jesus in an amazing way. We also use multimedia in the Children's service as well.
- The second 45 minutes the children go downstairs to our classrooms. They are divided into age appropriate classes. The classes are located right under the sanctuary. After church you just go out the double doors and you will see signs leading you to the children's area. During this time they do crafts, have a snack, and learn about a Bible story or character from the Bible.
- Children Ages 3 and under with have Little Lambs Nursery. The nursery is staffed with amazing workers who love working with babies. Once you sign your child in you will receive a beeper. It will vibrate if they need you during the service. The workers will follow your instructions on how you want your child cared for. They routinely check diapers and will offer snacks. We also have a bathroom in the nursery so once your child is there they do not need to leave the room for their safety.
- All of our Children's workers have background checks done that are current and on file.
What about my teenager?
- They have their own service Sunday evenings at 6 PM in the gym with our Youth Pastor.
- During the service we make sure they enjoy the experience as well.
- We try to make sure everyone in the room enjoys the service.
